After selecting your lodging, we’ll send personalized flight recommendations, if needed. While we encourage clients to book flights directly—as airlines often work best with the flyer for changes, cancellations, or emergencies—we’re happy to handle flight bookings upon request. We’ll help arrange any necessary ground transportation to ensure smooth travels.

With lodging and transportation in place, we shift our focus to curating your ideal itinerary. This includes suggested activities, must-visit restaurants, tours, and other local experiences. You can choose between a detailed itinerary with day-by-day plans or a general guide that leaves room for flexibility. 

We’ll take care of making reservations for activities, tours, and dining experiences. Our network of trusted partners and insider knowledge ensures you’ll have access to the best experiences.

All travel confirmations and itineraries are uploaded into a digital PDF and app, giving you easy access to essential details during your trip. These resources are designed for offline use, ensuring you can retrieve important information even without Wi-Fi.
